SOURCE combines leading content focused on digital procurement transformation and the largest marketplace for procurement solutions with an interactive, expert community, empowering procurement to digitalise.

🌐 What is a Channel?
Our Channels are spaces for posts, videos, case studies that fall into the same category. Visit the channels that are the most interesting to you by clicking Explore Content on the left-hand side menu.
🔑 What is a Room?
Rooms are spaces for focused interest groups. Each room contains content and discussions with other users. You can access the room on the left-hand menu under “Rooms & Collaboration”.
Public Rooms can be accessed by all users.
Private Rooms can be seen by all, but only be accessed by our Professional Members. Our Professional Members can invite users into these rooms. Just click on the room you’re interested in to view the content and live discussions.
🔎 What is a Directory?
Our SOURCE directory is the largest directory of digital procurement solutions available online. You can see all directories in the left-hand side menu under Find Solutions.
SOURCE has two types of directories:
- Solutions directory: This directory contains 730+ digital procurement solutions. You can read about them under All Digital Solutions.
- ProcureTech100 directory: This directory lets you access our solutions that are, or were, part of the ProcureTech100. You can access this under the ProcureTech100 directories.
📝 Create your Personal Profile
To fully access the platform’s functionalities, you will need to create your own personal profile. You can set up your profile here. There are no fees or charges for creating and using a personal profile on SOURCE.
💡 Your Organisation’s Profile
SOURCE offers organisation profiles for digital solution providers and enterprises. These profiles contain an overview of the company and, for those with a professional account subscription, the ability to add content that they share on the platform.

⭐ Become a Professional Member
The SOURCE Professional Member Profile is an annual organisation membership that we offer on SOURCE. This membership is designed to promote digital solutions in the digital procurement community.
As a Professional Member you can take advantage of a variety of benefits including:
- A fully customised and enhanced profile to ensure maximum visibility to potential clients and receive lead updates
- The ability to upload and share your own content (demos,whitepapers, reports..)
- Create your personal rooms for focus group discussions and content to increase engagement with your organisation
- Promote your events and include them in the SOURCE calendar

🖋️ How do I register my solution or claim an existing profile?
Register your digital solution on SOURCE, or claim an already existing profile, by submitting the form.
👤 How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, click Edit Profile under your profile picture on the top right of the sites.
Complete your SOURCE profile information to boost your visibility and grow your network.
ℹ️ Is my Information Public?
The information provided in your profile is open by default, but you have the option to make it private. To make your profile invisible to other members, click Edit Profile under your profile picture on the top right of the site. Enable Hide my profile function and click Save.
🪄 How do I set my profile picture?
Profiles with avatars have more views and help our community to get to know you better. To edit your profile picture, go to Edit Profile under your profile picture on the top right of the site.
💻 How do I change my password and email address?
Click on Account Settings under your profile picture on the top right site, click Change Password or Change Email Address. Click Save Changes to confirm.
🔍 Find Content
You can browse our channels through the left-hand side menu or use the Search Bar for content.
📝 Create posts, videos, documents
If you have a professional membership subscription, you can create posts, videos and documents.
Click the Create tab on the top right next to your profile picture and select the content type.
✋ The Q&A feature
Click on Create on the top right next to your profile picture.
Enter a question in the Question Box. Click Post Question to submit your question.
To answer a question, click on the question and then the Answer button. Post your response by clicking the Post Answer button.
💬 Start/join a Discussion
Discussion take place in Rooms. Anyone can take part in a conversation in any room that they have access to.
- Within a room, click Discussions tab. Start a discussion with the Start discussion button. Click Post for it to go live.
- Join an existing discussion by clicking the Discussion tab in the menu within a specific room. Share your contribution in the “What are your thoughts” box, then click Post.
- Within the Create tab on the top user bar, create a discussion by clicking on the top right Create tab next to your profile. Then click Start a discussion. Select Post for it to go live.
- Participate in an existing discussion by clicking on a discussion within Trending Discussions and share your contribution under the “What are your thoughts box”.
✨ Create Rooms
Only our admin team can create rooms. Do contact us if you have any ideas for new rooms.
🔙 Delete Account
Click on Account Settings and scroll down to Delete Your Account section. Select the button and follow the instructions. Your account will be deleted permanently in one hour and cannot be recovered.
